Will I need new hardware or a separate SIM?

Not at all. MoonStorm provisions a dedicated, official number entirely through our private infrastructure. You run your campaigns from the phone you already use, or from your Mission Control dashboard. There is nothing to install.

How do people who walk past find me?

With your QR code, which we generate for you the day your account is approved. You get it two ways: a print-ready flyer for the counter, the window or the market stall, and a plain image to drop into a poster, a receipt or the side of the van. One scan opens WhatsApp, they confirm, and they are on your list. No form to fill in at the counter, no address to spell out, nothing for you to type up afterwards.

Is my data secure?

Uncompromisingly yes. As an Official Meta Business Partner, we safeguard your client list with advanced encryption and SHA256 privacy protection. We adhere strictly to European GDPR standards. Your data remains exclusively yours. Never shared, never compromised.

How do we ensure our messages are welcomed, not intrusive?

We operate entirely on a consent-first architecture. MoonStorm elevates your communication from standard marketing to a VIP concierge service. Through timely delivery, we ensure every message feels like a privileged invitation. Should a patron's preferences change, opting out requires merely a single word.

Who retains ownership of the dedicated number?

MoonStorm secures and manages the number on your behalf, which is what guarantees flawless technical delivery. It is yours in every way that matters to you: print it on your cards, paint it on the van, put it in the window.

You are not tied to us for keeping it. Should you ever choose to move on, we will migrate the number to your own Meta Business Manager rather than stand in the way, and your VIP list leaves with you as a spreadsheet you can take anywhere. Nothing you build here is held hostage.
