Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your privacy, and there is a clear route to manage or remove your data.

According to Facebook Platform rules, MoonStorm provides a User Data Deletion Callback URL and a Data Deletion Instructions URL. If you wish to delete your activities or data associated with the MoonStorm App, you may do so by following these steps:

Method 1: Via Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Navigate to Apps and Websites in the left menu.
  4. Find MoonStorm and click Remove.

Method 2: Manual Request

If you are a business merchant or a subscriber and wish to have all your data (phone numbers, message logs, etc.) permanently removed from our secure servers, please send an email to:

support@moonstorm.nl

Please include your Business Name and WhatsApp Phone Number in the request. Our team will process your request and purge all associated data within 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is successful.
